Being able to listen carefully and speak clearly are really valuable skills. And like anything else, practise makes perfect! This course will help you improve the way you listen and speak so that you understand others better and get your own message across more clearly.

You’ll learn how to listen for details and how to use questions to clarify what’s been said. You’ll be shown the right way to ask questions to get all the information you need and you’ll learn how to speak correctly in formal situations. Finally, you’ll learn about the two most important discussion skills – expressing your opinions and listening to what others say.
